Soup with meatballs
Make a potful of clear soup- or use bouillion
1 pound ground beef
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 eggs
1 cup fresh parsley, minced
2 cups seasoned bread crumbs
1 tsp. marjoram leaves
2 garlic cloves, crushed and mashed together with 1 tsp. salt
2 endpieces white bread

Dampen the bread with a little bit of water and tear it into small pieces.
Mix all the ingredients together and form it into small meatballs.
If the meat is sticky, dip your hands into water before handling it.
Drop meatballs into boiling broth and simmer for about 20 minutes.
Taste to make sure that they are cooked through.
Serve with fresh bread.
